The Main Systems of Self Loading Concrete Mixer Truck

The self loading concrete mixer truck is a new type of concrete mixer truck, integrating automatic loading, mixing, transportation and automatic unloading. It is applicable for most construction projects. Powerful four wheel drive makes it runs smoothly on country roads, mountain roads, sand roads and slopes. It has four main parts.

1. Water pumping system. The self loading mixer is equipped with a quantitative self-priming pump, and a quantitative controller is set to achieve automatic quantitative water intake.

2. Hydraulic system. It has constant power variable plunger pump, which contributes to reduce the power loss of the engine.

3. Walking system. It is of hydraulic steering four-wheel drive, greatly reducing the turning radius, which is very suitable for the narrow construction sites. The use of a torque converter reduces the impact on the engine and extends the life of the engine. It also uses variable speed electric control valve for easy control.

4. Feeding device. According to the designed ratio, the material is weighed electronically by the shovel arm, boom cylinder and bucket and then fed into the mixing tank.

The self loading transit mixer solves the transportation problem of commercial concrete from the preparation site to the pouring site, so it has become an ideal means of transportation for commercial concrete. High automation degree greatly reduces the labor cost.
