1. After the engine is started, the operator should let the mixing drum run at low speed for about 10 minutes, so that the hydraulic oil temperature can rise above 20°C before it can work.

2. Before loading, the mixing drum should be reversed to ensure that the water and debris in the hopper are discharged, so as to ensure the quality of the concrete and the construction quality.

3. When transporting concrete, ensure that the shovel bucket is firmly placed to prevent it from swinging due to looseness, injuring pedestrians or affecting the normal operation of other vehicles.

4. The time for transporting concrete should not exceed the time specified by the concrete mixing plant. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not be stopped for a long time to prevent segregation of the concrete. The driver of the self loading mixer machine should always observe the concrete condition, and report to the dispatching room if any abnormality is found.

5. When there is concrete in the mixing drum, the self loading concrete mixer truck can't shall not stay there for over 1 hour.

6. The slump of the transported concrete shall not be less than 8cm. The whole process from mixing to the discharging must not exceed 2 hours when the temperature is high, and it must not exceed 2.5 hours when the temperature is low in rainy weather.
