The self loading mixer is mainly used for road paving, dams, infrastructure construction and other related projects, as well as small projects in urbanization construction. The hydraulic steering system is mainly composed of a quantitative gear pump, a hydraulic steering gear, an electromagnetic reversing valve, an electromagnetic steering control valve and a pilot relief valve.

Front wheel steering mode

The electromagnetic steering control valve 7 is in the neutral position, and the hydraulic oil flowing to the rear wheel steering cylinder is blocked by the control valve 7. At this time, the front wheel is steering. When the steering gear rotates, part of the high pressure oil of the oil pump enters the steering cylinder through the load sensor steering gear, helping to realize steering function.

Four-wheel steering mode

When the electromagnetic steering control valve 7 is energized on the right side, the spool is pushed to the right side. At this time, the front and rear wheel steering cylinders are pushed in opposite directions, that is, four-wheel steering is realized. It has small steering angle, which can adapt to the narrow construction space.

Wedge steering mode

When the electromagnetic steering control valve 7 is energized on the left side, the spool is pushed to the left. At this time, the front and rear wheel steering cylinders are pushed in the same direction, that is, wedge steering is realized.

In addition, the driving cab of Haomei self loading concrete mixer machine can turn 180 degree during work. But after rotating 180 degree, the original steering driving habits are changed. Now an electromagnetic reversing valve 6 is added. When the driver's orientation changes, the driving mode can be switched without changing driving habits.
