One ways is to use the pneumatic hammer break up the condensed concrete, and then shovel it out. The lower part of the tank body of the self loading concrete mix needs to be cut with an opening and a cover with that has been tightened with screws.

It is for ventilation when there is a need to work inside and for emergent discharging. In the process of smashing, people need to ventilate inside the tank, so put a fan at the entrance of the charging tank to blow in.

The pneumatic hammer will cause dust when working, the water pipes should be connected to wet the broken concrete. After all is done, fill the tank with water and start the self batching concrete truck to see if it is normal. Then add a small amount of loading to see if the hydraulic machine works normally, and it will be able to operate as usual if without problems.

If there is a little bit of concrete accumulated on the sides and mixing surfaces, pour a bit of muriatic acid in there, diluted about 50% with water, and let it run for about an hour. Most of it should come off with minimal effort afterwards.
