How to Prevent Oil Leakage of Self Loading Transit Mixer

The oil leakage of the self loading transit mixer is a very dangerous thing. The insuffient lubricating oil will result in poor lubrication and insufficient cooling of the parts, which will cause early damage to the parts and even leave hidden accidents. Then, how to prevent it?

1. Replace the failed oil seal in time. Because of improper installation, the oil seal is not completely airtight, the oil leakage will happen because of swinging. Some oil seals will lose elasticity due to rubber aging if they are used for a long time. If the oil leakage is found to have relationship with the oil seal, it should be replaced in time.

2. All kinds of fastening nuts on the self loading cement mixermust be tightened according to the specified torque. If the packing is too loose or not tight, the gasket will leak; if it is too tight, the metal around the screw hole will bulge which also cause oil leakage.

3. Avoid the self loading cement mixer wheel hub to throw oil. Excessive lubricating grease in the hub bearing and cavity, or improper oil packaging, poor quality and aging failure, excessively high hub temperature caused by frequent braking; loose axle nuts, etc., will cause this phenomenon.
