How to Deal With Insufficient Air Pressure of Self Mixer

The hydraulic parts is an important part of self mixer. How to deal with the insufficient air pressure in the hydraulic pressure gauge? When the air pressure of the hydraulic system of self loading concrete mixer truck is insufficient or completely pressureless, we can conduct the inspection according to the following aspects:

1. Check whether the hydraulic pump of the self mixer can output hydraulic oil. If it is a new hydraulic pump, there is no hydraulic oil output, it may be that the pump body has casting defects, so that the oil suction chamber and the oil pressure chamber are connected, which lose the ability to pump oil. If it is not a new hydraulic pump and there is no hydraulic oil output, it may be that the pump has been turned incorrectly and the parts are seriously worn or damaged.

2. If there is oil output check whether the overflow valve works normally. If it is not normal, it may be that a valve in the pressure oil circuit is stuck with dirt,some valves leak seriously, the seals of the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor are damaged or the pipe joint may be loose. The exclusive method is exclusive method is to disassemble the relevant valve for cleaning, check the size of the sealing gap and various sealing devices, and the sealing device should be replaced if damaged.

3. If the output flow of the hydraulic pump of the self loading concrete mixer truck decreases significantly with the increase of pressure, and the pressure does not reach the specified value, it is due to the increased clearance after the hydraulic pump wears. The repairing method is measure the volumetric efficiency of the hydraulic pump, which can determine whether the pump can continue to be used, and parts with severe wear should be repaired or replaced.

4. It the hydraulic system of self loading mixer truck normal pressure, but there is no pressure in some pipelines or hydraulic cylinders (or hydraulic motors), it may because the pipelines, small holes or throttle valves, directional valves and other parts are stuck. In this case, check the pressure and if the oil passes through the pipelines parts by parts.
