Water supply system

The water volume in the water tank for cleaning the mixing drum shall not be less than 600L, and the water flow rate shall not be less than 45L/min. The pressure water tank must be equipped with a pressure reducing valve to ensure that the pressure in the water tank is not greater than 0.6MPa. The water tank should be equipped with a clear water level gauge (pipe), and the operator can easily see the water level in the water tank.

Mixing drum

The mixing drum should be provided with 1 or 2 quick-opening entrances, with a diameter of not less than 450mm. In the case of an oval hole, its short diameter should not be less than 350mm, and it should be sealed well when closed. The mixing drum should rotate smoothly under various prescribed conditions of use, without trembling and vibration. The mixing blade and the barrel should be welded firmly.

Discharge chute

The discharge chute should be able to rotate 180° in the horizontal plane to adapt to different discharge positions, and the inclination angle should be adjusted to adapt to different discharge heights.

The total length of the discharge chute and the extended chute shall not exceed 3.5m. After the discharge chute is connected with the extended chute, a smooth connection channel should be formed. The discharge chute should be equipped with a locking mechanism, and the discharge chute should be fixed and locked when the transport vehicle is running.

Hydraulic system

The hydraulic pipelines should be neatly arranged, firm and reasonable, and the components should be easily assembled and disassembled for easy maintenance. During work, the temperature rise of the hydraulic oil of the hydraulic system must not exceed 40 ℃, and the high temperature must not exceed 80 ℃.
