Double spiral mixing blades are uniformly welded to the inner wall of the tank. The oblique angles of the double spiral mixing blades on the inner wall of the tank are respectively: the front cone 26.5 degrees, the rear cone 15 degrees, and the middle drum 90 degrees.

The new design can improve the uniformity of concrete mixing, accelerate the unloading speed, and ensure the unloading rate of the concrete in the tank.
