A Highlights of Self Loading Transit Mixer

The self loading transit mixer has self loading, self mixing, transportation and discharging in one, which is widely used in road building, house, ground hardening, workshop,etc. It reduces labor and costs by 30% compared with traditional operating machinery, and is also the first choice for rental tools in the construction rental market.

The main structure of the self-loading mixer truck consists of a walking chassis, an engine, a hydraulic torque converter, front and rear double drive axles, a feeding device, a feeding hopper, a discharging hopper, an extended discharging hopper, a frame, a mixing drum, and a special reducer for mixing, hydraulic system, electronic control system, automatic water supply system and other components.

The mixing drum is a concrete loading container made of high-quality wear-resistant steel sheet. The inner wall of the mixing drum is welded with special-shaped helical blades for automatic loading and unloading of concrete. As it rotates, the concrete moves along the helical direction of the blades and is stirred during continuous lifting and rotation.

Double helical blades are set on the inner wall of the mixing drum of the self loading concrete mixer truck. Forward rotation is for feeding and concrete mixing; otherwise, under the push of the spiral blades, the concrete is discharged from the discharge port.

During the operation of the self mixing concrete truck, the material is usually shoveled into the upper hopper first, and then the upper hopper is gradually lifted to the entrance of the mixing tank.

During the lifting process, the rear door of the upper hopper is closed to prevent the material from leaking. When it is lifted to the highest position, the rear door is opened, and the material can fall into the mixing tank under the action of its own gravity to complete the feeding action.

The pressurized water tank is the main water tank used by the current self mixing concrete truck manufacturers. This type of water tank is mostly made of steel because it bears a certain pressure. Generally, the cylinder body is made of Q235 steel plate of 3-4mm, and the head is made of Q235 steel plate of 4-5mm or Q235 steel plate of 4mm. It is easy to rust inside and needs to be coated for protection.
